Boing Boing Video remixes RiP!

Boing Boing Video has jumped into the digital mosh pit, making their own remixed version of Brett Gaylor’s film Rip! A Remix Manifesto.

The film, a commentary on copyright and content creation in the digital age, invites everyone to take a stab at remixing the film. The NFB.ca Screening Room, the Rip! Web site and Open Source Cinema have all posted the film in chapters, with each chapter providing a specific call to action.

Watch Boing Boing Video’s response to the challenge. Think you can do better? Give it a shot here.

And if you’re not interested in remixing and want to watch the film without the chapter breaks, RiP! is currently playing in theatres across Canada. Check Cinema Clock for screening times near you.
