The Astral Media Scholarship Program is giving money to emerging filmmakers – do you qualify?

The Astral Media Scholarship Program has put out it’s call for applications. The program has 3 arms through which they support emerging-level filmmakers in Quebec and British Columbia:

The Doc U Scholarship Program: 5 emerging filmmakers are provided with a week-long enrollment to the Doc U program, given a $1,000.00 travel stipend and an industry pass to Hot Docs.

The Kickstart Series Bursary Program: 20 emerging filmmakers are provided with enrollment to a one day series of panels, in addition to an industry pass to Hot Docs.

The Hot Docs Forum Scholarship Program: 2 filmmakers will be provided with Hot Docs Forum Observer passes.
